At Food Provenance, we love food.

No, really; we love food … preparing it, eating it, sharing it … and, as it turns out, we’re not the only ones.  There’s a glut of passionate artisans out there producing incredible food for us all to enjoy!  What makes that food taste even better is knowing where it came from, who made it and even how it was made – quite simply, that’s how Food Provenance was born;

We’re following our passion to discover and bring you the bounty of amazing artisan food that’s out there and the stories that come with it.  From raw honey and sea salt to olives and chocolate, we scourer the Australia and the world to bring you gourmet products of exceptional quality – bursting with flavour for you to enjoy.  In a nutshell, it’s that momentary pause, when you first taste something, your eyes widen and can’t believe how good it is (or why you never knew about it before) – that’s what we’re all about.

We also want to help you out with some suggestions on how to use these flavour sensations so we’re also sharing some of our tried and tested recipes for tarts, pasta, stews, cakes, sauces, salads and much more – you can either follow them verbatim or add your own twist, the choice is entirely yours.  We’ve included handy links to ingredients and lots of tips to make things easy.  Enjoy!
